Drug Policy Task Force

Per Senate Bill 09-286, the Colorado Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice created this task force to look at drug issues in Colorado. The Governor and Attorney General submitted this letter to The Commission regarding specific areas of focus for sentencing reform. To ensure balanced representation on the task force, the CCJJ Chair and Vice-Chair employed a template to guide the appointment process. Representative agencies and stakeholders were determined first, followed by the appointment of volunteers to the available positions.

Below are the meeting schedule, membership, Working Groups, minutes, links, and materials for the Drug Policy Task Force. Future task force meeting dates are considered tentative. See the CCJJ MASTER CALENDAR for information on all scheduled meetings of the Task Force and its Working Groups.
